Butter 500 g
Sugar 500 g
Egg 30 (weigh with shells, about 15 eggs)
Rulang 250 g
Cadhu 250 g
Currents 250 g
Ginger Preserve 250 g
Cherries 250 g
Sulthana 250 g
Chowchow 250 g
Golden Syrup 1 Bott
Vanila 1 bott
Rose Essence 1 bott
Almond Essence 1 bott
Wine 1 Spoon


First chopped all fruits and put it in the container (have to add wine) to soak for less than two months (before you prepare cake)

1. Cream butter with sugar and vanilla essence till light and fluffy.

2. Add in egg yolks, 30 at a time and cream well.

3. Beat egg whites till fluffy, then add the remaining sugar bit by bit and beat till stiff.

4. Fold the stiffly beaten egg whites into the butter mixture.

5. Put a fruit mixture into the butter mixture and add Rulang as well

6. Pour into Trays, and bake in heated oven for 1hr & 30 min
